Island Hopping With DDI And WAYPH

Summer is here and the beach is calling! Heads up to WAYPH.COM for taking me and my DDI barkada to a day full of fun island hopping around Samal and Talikud Island last weekend. It was my first time to try island hopping since I moved here in Davao,  hence for me, is already a Milestone!

So lets go back to last Saturday's Island hopping getaway.

Meet up place was at Sta. Ana Wharf in Davao. Island hopping boat first trip leaves at 7am and the last trip is at 3pm, daily. We left at 9am and started touring Samal's pristine beaches. Thank God for the really fair weather last Saturday!  Our first stop is Coral Garden and Marine Park. This is a very good dive spot in Samal. We stayed and took photos here for more than an hour. Of course, almost everybody started swimming. Some boats offer snorkeling gears for rent at around 100-150 pesos (whole day). The clear blue waters was so beautiful and inviting.

After taking photos and selfies, we headed on to our second stop,  Isla Reta 2. It is so awe-mazing. Most island hopping tourists drop by this place to have lunch and dive afterwards, I love everything around here, the view, I can stare at it for days!

Food on board is not a problem if you book your tour with WAYPH.COM. They can arrange and  tailor fit your island hopping experience according to your tour needs. No hassle and worry-free adventure. Im surprised our lunch during this tour was served freshly cooked from the boat's mini kitchen.

Our last stop for the fun tour is the Wishing Island which unfortunately I didn't have the chance to see up close because I just stayed in the boat. People drop by this island before heading back to Sta Ana Wharf and first enjoy the view over Davao Gulf.

Sharing some photos of what you can see when its time for you to sail and head home. Seeing a lot of unexplored beaches and islands in Samal and Talikud Island is really a worthy experience.  I am really in awe of God's beautiful creation!
