Home Cooking: Jolly Corn Muffins

Its official, summer time is here! And today's scorching heat is almost unbearable. Good thing school is over and my kids will stay indoors all days of summer. And by saying  indoors, we moms should be armed with tons of food in the fridge that they can easily  grab and go. Kudos to Fly Ace Corporation for pitching in some JOLLY canned products that we moms can toss easily in our kitchens.

Yesterday, I had the chance to try baking from my oven toaster for my kids' afternoon snacks. I then decided to bake Oven Toaster Corn Muffins. Im happy they liked it so Im sharing this  recipe with you below.
