Coca Cola Femsa Partners with Anakk Sta Cruz Association and Fundacion Real Madrid

To instill values and believing in the skills and positive habits among children, Coca-Cola FEMSA Philippines has partnered with Anakk Sta Cruz  Association and Fundacion Real Madrid for its Social Sports School Program. The program aims to give the out of school youth a socio educational development. Anakk Sta Cruz Association also created partnerships with DSWD. Coaches of Real Madrid fly to the Philippines annually to teach the local instructors the fundamentals of football which they then pass on to the unschooled youth. Mr Pablo Tanuan, Anakk Sta Cruz  executive director says, "having the kids regularly practice football provides not only a safe place for them to spend their time, but also gives them a sense of purpose and confidence, as they compete with players like Ateneo De Davao."

Anakk Sta Cruz also supports and provides and teach them technical skill in organic farming, motorcycle mechanism and others things that may equip them with skills needed for their future.

The Coca-Cola Femsa consistently supports advocacy and Social Sports Program which currently is being implemented in Bacolod and Batangas in partnership with Roxas Foundation. Around 300 children are presently enrolled in the program.
