PBA kicks off 2014 Season with 3 Simultaneous Games Nationwide

The Philippines Basketball Asscociation (PBA) opens the 2014 PLDT my DSL PBA Philippine Cup today, November 17, 2013 Sunday with three simultaneous games to be held in Davao, CEbu and Manila. With TV5 as the official home network of the PBA, Filipinos across the country will get to enjoy the games of their favorite teams all the way until the championships.

 Head of Sports5, Chot Reyes said, " we're glad that PLDT myDSL shares PBA's vision to promote sports excellence through basketball."

 Opening with a laser light show, aim to connect three venues tonight with two teams playing each in Davao, Cebu and Manila.

 Meanwhile, Davao fans, who will have an extra treat because the cast of TV5's Tropa Mo Ko Unli will perform live at the USEP Gym before the clash begins between ALASKA ACES and the RAIN or SHINE Elastopainters at 5:15 in the afternoon. thats today Nov 17, 2013 - Sunday.

 Aside from TV5 PBA games will also have a simulcast on AKSYONTV live every Wednesday and Friday starting at 5:30pm. Saturday games air starting at 3:30 pm and Sundays starting at 3pm. Radio listeners nationwide however can also follow the action over DZSR Sport Radion 918AM.

 AKSYONTV is avail on UHF free TV Channel 29 in Metro Davao and Cebu.

 Viewers in Guam, North America, Middle East and Europe can catch the games on AksyonTV International.
